Go from this
to 
Duplicate your base twice, set the first to screen at 100%
and the second to soft light at 100%
Make a new layer and fill it with #EBD59F and set it to multiply at 100%
Make another new layer and fill with #67D4EF set it to (colour)burn and set it to 100%
Duplicate your base bring it to the top and set it to screen at 100%
Make a new layer fill with #1A1D38 and set it to exclusion at 75%
Make a new layer fill it with #F90F6D and set it to Luminance at 15%
Duplicate your base once more and drag it to the top and set it on soft light.
Take this
light texture and place it on your icon set it to screen.
Make a new layer fill it with white and erase part of it, leave it at normal.
Add some brushes and text and you are done! (:
