Coloring?

Can anyone tell me how I can get this photo:

to look like this photo:
??
Like, as in getting the coloring of the skin of Jack to look like Irina's? Or is the picture of Jack too grainy and/or bad quality?

I use PSP7. Help would be very much appreciated!! :)
