My first tutorial!

Made in Psp7.
Start by resizing your base, and sharpen it if needed.
Duplicate your base twice and set the first to screen and the second to (colour)burn at 35%
Make a new layer and fill it with # 67D4EF, set it to (colour)burn at 35%
Again make a new layer and now fill it with #1A1D38, and set is to exclusion at 75%
Duplicate your base and bring it to the top of all the layers set it soft light.
Make a new layer fill it with #EBD59F, and set it to saturation 30%
Duplicate your base again, bring it to the top and set it to screen at 25%
And finally another new layer fill it with #F90F6D, set it to saturation any where between 10 and 30% whatever suits your Icon best.
Add brushes or text and voila your done, I hope you like it and I would love to see what you come up with.
