Anti-Alias Settings in PSP7

quebelly wrote a very informative tutorial on simple texts to use in icons that I may already have on my computer.

The trouble is, I think a key in making them actually look worth anything is that the antialias setting is at "strong" but she uses Photoshop and I have no idea how to set it at strong in PSP7. Is it even possible?
