RETRIEVING UNSAVED FILE?

GUYS I NEED YOUR HELP!
is there any way to retrieve a file you were working on? (for 6 damn hours.... I got some error and bloody PS shut down :<<<<<<<< OF COURSE I didn't save it) like.. temp, or something? PLEASE tell me it is possible..
