Quick question. Does anyone know how to compress an animation? I mean, without lowering the color palette, or losing quality.

I just made this icon:

but LJ won't let me upload it because the file is too big. Any help would be awesome :)

I looked through the memories, but none of the tutorials I found use both the programs I use (I use PS CS and IR).
