You might like to duplicate your base, and set to screen. I didn't because my base is very white.
New curves layer.

Green

Which leaves you with this:
Take this, and set to lighten 100%, stick it somewhere on your icon.
Duplicate your base, bring to the top and set to overlay 100%. Erase everything, except for the area of her face.
