Question on how to install Photoshop.

Hey guys, I'm new to the community and would like to ask on how to install Photoshop on my computer. Yes, I do feel sorta ditzy for asking that question, but I've tried researching it everywhere, and I can't seem to find anything on installing it. I had Photoshop before but due to some problems with the program I had to uninstall it, and now I'm trying to figure out a way to install it again. LoL. And I've no idea on how to do it.
