Working with Filters in PS -ink blotch/splatter effects.

I'm making my own brushes in PS CS using filters. I was wondering how you would go about creating an ink blotch/splatter effect - The type of effect you get when you blow on an ink droplet through a straw or pick up the page. Anbody have any ideas?
