HELP!
Okay, I made this icon a while ago and stupidly forgot to save the PSD file so I have no idea how I made it, so I'm hoping one of you can help me. I started off with this cap: 
and after using variations and doing some other things, I came up with this: 
I can find the light texture and text easy enough, but it's the other layers that I can't figure out. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
