Resizing problems in PSP7

I'm having a problem resizing screenshots into icons. Any help is appreciated.



Ok, I start out with this nice screencap;


And after cropping and resizing, I get this;


As you can see, they are all pixely and yucky. And yes, I do have the "smart resize" option on.
