Screencaps in Nero 6?

I looked in the mems, and saw tuts for every other program, but not Nero, CAN I do caps in nero?..if so, how, and if not, I hear a lot about power dvd, my husband flips when I wanna DL a new program, cuz of some of them comming with spyware...is Power DVD spyware free?
