hellooooos all

im having trouble with my photoshop :( everytime i try to open it it says 'application failed to launch correctly' and i dont know why, i have lots of free space on my hard drives :( does anyone have any suggestions on what i should do. im thinking of removing the program then downloading it again. from somewhere. hopefully that will work? i dont know. has anyone had the same problem?
