How to make this
icon.
Made in PS7, but should be very translatable.

1: Choose your image and crop it to
desired size. I have cropped mine to 100x70px.
2: Sharpen your image.
3: Duplicate your base and set to screen
100%. Merge layers.
4: Duplicate your newly screened image, and set to soft
light 100%.
5: Make a color layer using #02175B and
set to exculsion 100%.
6: Make another color layer using #C1EEF8
and set to soft light 45%
7: Now, duplicate this image, and set to color
burn. Merge layers. 63%
8: Add some text, or whatever you want, and you're done!
I'm going to leave mine blank.
And, always remember: Different
images will take these colors differently, so play around
with your opacities until it suits your icon.
