I use PS cs2, but I'm sure it's easy translated.
1. crop your base, resize to 100x100.
2. Duplicate your base&set it to soft light.
3. Create a new layer, fill it with #c7f4ff, set it to colorburn.
4. Create a new layer, fill it with #ffc5fa, set it to soft light.
5. Create a new layer, fill it with #f3cfae, set it to overlay @ 50 % (you can change the opacity on this to make it
less harsh).
6. Merge
7. Duplicate your new base, desaturate it, set it to soft light.
8. Duplicate your base drag it to the top, set it to multipy 50 %.
you can stop now, but if you want to have it more orange continue.
9. Create a new layer, fill it with #f1b772, set it to multiply 34 %.
if you have a dark image before the softlight layer, set it to screen. Or you could change the softlight layer (the 2nd step)
to screen.
