here is my #3 tut
let's try going to

[for PS] - but it's pretty translatable, i hope =]
PREPARATION :
find your base, crop it and do the basics
- add screen layers, softlight layers etc. -
i used this:

[i've duplicated the base twice: 1 set to softlight 55% (guassian blur 0.5) & 1 screen]
[i didn't do the sharpen here, nor merge any layers yet]
01. add a color fill #ff005a, screen 50%

02. another color fill #13004f, lighten 100%

03. brightness/contrast adjustment layer, brightness:+5 contrast:+10

[this step is optional, it depends ;)]
04. merge the base layers, sharpen, smooth the skin if necessary
05. merge all. and you're done =]

other examples using similiar effect
(played around opacity and brightness/contrast. but simply the same techniques)
