A Blueish Effect

This is my first ever tutorial, I just made it up when expierimenting with PSP.

This is my first ever tutorial, I just made it up when expierimenting with PSP.
Programme: PSP 8 (translatable)
Level: Easy (no curves, few colour layers)

1. First, crop your picture, resize it to 100x100 and sharpen it if you need to. I chose not to sharpen.
2. Then create a new layer, the blend mode at exclursion. Fill it with #203F72 >
3. Create a new burn layer filled with #B7E3EF >
4. Add another new layer, this time set to soft light and fill it with #F5BBEF >
5. Duplicate the previous (pink) layer and set it to Burn.
6. Duplicate the base and drag it to the top setting it on Overlay.
7. That's it - your done!
Remember to chenge the opacities of the layers slightly if it doesn't turn out quite right. The effect will work differently for different pictures.
