Simple coloring.

Get your base and sharpen once.
Dublicate the base and set it to soft light at 100.
Now, go to adjustment layers and click color balance. Set the midtones to 19, 14, 80.
Make three new raster layers and set all to soft light at 100.
Fill the first raster layer (the one above the soft light base) with #0182E5.
The second layer to #86C979.
Then fill the top soft light raster layer to #F5D8AF.
Now go all the way down to the bottom, dublicate your base and pull it up to the very top.
Set that to soft light at 100. Flatten.
Then I dublicated that and set it to multiply at 38. Flatten.
There you go! Of course you'll want to mess around with it so that it best fits your image, but that's the round about way ;D I made this in PSP7, but i'm sure it can be done in other programs.
