to  | Take this base from damnicons. Duplicate base and set it on screen 100%. Duplicate screen layer. |
 | Duplicate base, drag to top and set on overlay 100%. Now go to hue/saturation/lightness and set hue: -22, saturation: 36, lightness-30...make sure it's on master and colorize is checked off. |
 | New layer, exclusion, fill with #021C36 100%. |
 | New burn layer fill with #AEC6DE. Duplicate burn layer and decrease the opacity to 40%. |
| Sharpen image and take this border by me. Set it on multiply. |
