hello all.

I have Photoshop Elements 2.0, and I was wondering if someone here would know the answer to my question.

I followed the directions in the user guide, to learn how to make animations. it tells me to click on the "Save for Web" thing in the File menu. but whenever I click on it, the window wont pop up.

does anyone here know how to fix this?
