Capturing Music Video Screencaps

Okay I have InterVideo WinDVD 4 & I can capture movie screencaps in them & I`ve made several icons, but I`d like to make some icons from music videos. InterVideo WinDVD 4 doesn`t play music videos & I don't know how to capture in Windows Media player. Is there another program I can capture music videos in? I`ve searched the memories, but perhaps not enough. If there is an answer to this in the memories will you be so kind as to direct me to it? Thanks in advance (:
