I feel really stupid asking this question, but I will anyway *giggles*

I've been making mini-movie stuff, and so far the only way I've found is to get a really good photo gallery and peice it together.

But I've noticed there are other mimi-movie icons that really flow, so there must be a way to get it from a movie clip. But I can't figure out how to save it. I've even gotten desperate enough to try to pause the movie clip and save, but that doesn't work.
