Looking for this tutorial

I have search through the memories at least two different times trying to find this type of tutorial. I didn't add it to my memories for some reason when I saw it. I would ask the maker but she does not have her email on her profile and didn't want to litter her friend's only post to ask her for help. I have both PSP8 & AS3 and PS & IR CS.
