EYESHADOW
1. crop you image and edit it however you see fit. (alter brightness and contrast, sharpen, blur skin etc.)

2. make a new raster layer. take a brown color and color over the color part and the black part of the eye. set this layer to either hue, hue(legacy), color, or color(legacy). you may need to alter the opacity of this level.

3. make a new raster layer. take that same brown color and color in eye shadow. set the layer to either hue, hue(legacy), color, or color(legacy). This doesn't make that big of a difference when using this color on her skin.

EYELINER
4. If you wish to add eyeliner make a new raster layer. Take a black brush (I use a small round brush). Zoom in and draw a curved line guided by the eye shape. set this layer to an 50%-80% opacity depending on how drastic you would like it to look.

5. I though it looked fakey, so I duplicated the base layer, dragged it to the top, and set it to softlight 75%.
with 73% on step 4 and
with 60%
OPTIONAL:
6. Gaussian Blur the eyeliner layer with a 2 radius.
