Text Question
Ok I have looked, and have been looking for a while, to find an answer to my question. But I guess I have been looking in the wrong spots for it. But here it goes... The program I use is photoshop 7
I have seen on some icons where they have the text and it looks like its sliced in half, and then there is text in the middle. I was wondering how to get that effect. I not sure how it is done, I was thinking it was done with the slice tool, but then again I'm not sure. I have tried to use my slice tool I have mastered it at all, I am hoping some can explain it to me, or point to the right tool that does the job.
Sorry I don't have an example of an icon with this sort of text effect on it. I hope I explained it enough.
