From this to
I took this image.
Crop your image and resize to 100x100.
Duplicate it three times and set layers to screen, 100%.
New fill layer 702B2B, set as Color Burn, 43%.
>>
New fill layer 92F7FB, set as Color Burn, 50%.
>>
New gradient fill, set as Normal, 43%.
>>
Copy the background image, bring it to top, desaturate it (ctrl+shift+u) and set as Softlight, 100%.
>>
Sharpen it once or twice. I also added this white, rounded shapeand text "olsen.", font Violation, size 18 pt.
