capping with PowerDVD on a Dell? ..or PSP8

I just got a Dell Inspiron 1150 and with it came PowerDVD. Unfortunately I can't seem to find the button for taking screen caps. Can one take screen caps in the Dell PowerDVD?

If not, is there a way to take screen caps with PSP8 and they not turn out strange? Thanks. :)
