Torn photograph effect

Hi, I'm looking to make an icon looks like it's been torn in half. What I want is a little more complicated that just applying a brush like or both created by crumblingwalls. I want each half to look a litte skewed or off center. Does that make sense?

Any way any suggestions or tutorials that you might be aware of would be greatly appreciated. I use PSP8
