1.Crop and prepare your base.

2..Multiply your base three times and set the first two copies to Screen and the third Soft Light.Set the first copy to 64%,the second copy to 46% and the third to 44%(depending on how light your base is,you might need only one Screen layer).Now select your Soft Light Layer and go to Adjust> Hue/Saturation/Lightness and highten the saturation by around 30%.

3.Create a new raster layer and flood fill it with #C58C4F.Set it to Multiply at 44%.

4.Now duplicate your Soft Light layer ,drag it on top of the Multiply one and set it to Screen at 16%.

5.Create a new raster layer,flood fill it with #18EC4A and set it to Burn at 16%.

6.This step is optional.Create a new raster layer and draw a thick,red line with a soft brush .Go to Blur> Gaussian Blur and set Radius to 12,00.Set your layer to Screen at 66%.

7.Create a new raster layer,set it toLighten and add this brush by ohfreckle in black.

8.Create a new raster layer and add some text and these brushes by dearest.Erase the dotted lines where they`re going across the “windows”.

9.Paste this texture by ? over your brush layer and set it to Lighten at 100%.
