Hey guys I'm having trouble with making icons in Paintshop Pro 9.0 lately... I'm trying to make an icon and every time i resize the picture it looks grainy and weird... does anyone know PSP pretty well that can help me try to figure this out??? ive always resized the same way by resizing the pixels instead of going by percent. over the past week ive even tried doing it the percent way but both types still give me the same look. if you have any advice even if its a little bit i would love to hear it!
