Quick PSP8 colouring tutorial

1.Crop and prepare your base.
2.Duplicate your base and set the copy to Overlay.
3.Take your lower/highten Saturation brush,set it to Hardness 50 and Opacity 100 (or lower depending on how dark your original base is).
Go over those parts that you don`t want to stand out later(in this case,their hands and faces).
4.Create a new raster layer and flood fill it with this gradient.Set it to Multiply at a low opacity.
5.Now duplicate your second layer, drag it on top of the Multiply one and set it to Hard Light at around 55%.
6.Then paste this texture by ? on top and set it to Overlay at around 45% (I also mirrored it as I wanted the right hand side of the icon to be lighter).
7.Add some text ,I used 7pt Problem Secretary (Kerning 170).
8.Lastly add this small sparkle brush by ?(I also mirrored and flipped it) and set your new brush layer to Screen at around 90%.
