Brush problems...

Ok I have tried everything but I can't seem to actually USE the brushes I have cuz I don't know how to upload it in PSP X. I need help. I went to http://community.livejournal.com/icon_tutorial/346402.html but the pics aren't working/showing up so I don't know where to click on PSP X.

If sumone can help me pleaz, I would appreciate it :)
