My first tut

This is my first tutorial so, I hope you all like it.
How to go from this to


1) First resize your picture down to 200 width and open a new window (100px by 100px)
2) Drag your picture to fit this

Sharpen once and blur the skin>>Blur tool settings- 30%
strength>>sharpen eye and lips>>Sharpen tool settings- 29%
strength:

4) Duplicate and desaturate (soft light, 100%)
5) Duplicate base again (multiply, 55%)
6) Erase her face on both layers except the base
7) Add your text (luna lovegood, 9pt, #58C5CF)

Then you're done!
