Listens: I Am - Zebrahead

PS7 icon - Tannish/reddish/grayscale effects.

Second tutorial.
Really easy.
Made using PS7, but will probably work with other programs.

Going from this to

Please don't copy exactly.

1. Take your picture, crop it down to 96x96, or whatever size you'd like to use. Duplicate and set to soft light.

2. Add a new layer, flood fill it with #0C2582, set it to exclusion, and then lower the opacity down to 60%.
-

3. Make a new layer, and stamp visable (Ctrl + Alt + Shift + e), then desaturate (Adjustments - desaturate.) it. Set the layer to Normal, 76%.
-

4. Duplicate that layer, and set it to softlight, 43%.

5. Add this gradient, and set it to Lighten, 100%.
-

6. Now, you can add whatever you feel like, text, brushes, etc. I added this part of a brush. (I've lost the full brush, and I don't remember who it's by..sorry.) I set that to Softlight, 51%.
-

Now, you're done.

I'd love to see comments, and your own work with this tutorial.

And if you have any questions, then ask away.

Also, this icon is part of my 100 icon claim, so you can go see the others there too, if you wanted.
