A question about making part of an image "sparkle"
Sorry, I've been reading the memories for hours now and I can't seem to figure this out:
Ok, I use PSP7/AS and I would like to make an icon like this:
I know how to animate it, I was just wondering if there was a certain brush used on this icon. I have some other "sparkle" brushs, but I don't get the same brightness effect.
