Make this:

using photoshop7 in just a few simple steps

How to make a blend/header :)



I took these 3 image of the oh-so great Ville Valo...




1)I resized them all to where their height is 400px

2)when that is done open up a new file File>>New

you should get this now:


now make sure the settings are at width:700px Height:400px

and you should get a nice clean file like this one:



3)Now go back to one of your pictures and Select it all
right click>>Select all


4)Go to Edit>> Copy


5)and paste it on to you clean File


6)move the image onto where you want it to appear on your blender:


repeat steps 3-6 on all your pictures but make sure that the pictures are overlapping like so:



7) No it is time to turn on your layers mask

on your layers pallete you should find a box with a circle in the middle this is a layers mask :


8)click on your first image


9) then click the layers palette button

repeat steps 8-9 on all your images
this is what your layers palette should look like


10)now comes the blending part!!!
take you eraser and set the opacity at 40% the brush size is 13

and erase the lines in between the images and blend in any part of the image into the other image this how your image

should look after you have done this step



and this is basically your base !!

now it's time to add details and coloring

11)Flatten your image Layer>> Flatten Image

12) Duplicate the layer Layer>> Duplicate Layer and set it to Screen

13 Take this image


and set it to Pin Light Opacity 35% on a new layer

14)and since I'm content with this I'll flatten my image again and add brushes

15)I added this Brush:


16)and Put some text on it

17)for your text to appear Blurry
go to Filter>> Blur>> Motion Blur and set the adjustments to what you want

and there ya go your blend enjoy !! This best works if you use three images of the same photoshoot
