i was bored, so here is a tutorial.very easy only 5 steps, probably would tke 3-4 minutes. i found some bases made by
beau_icons so thats the base that i am starting with. done in Photoshop CS2

STEP ONE: duplicate base and set to screen

STEP TWO: add #e5d3c8 and set to multiply 100%

STEP THREE: add #f06945 and set to exclusion 50%

STEP FOUR: duplicate the base and set to soft light

STEP FIVE: duplicate the base and set to soft light

END RESULTS: sharpen and then fade sharpen (Shift+Ctrl+F) to 50%

sorry the font is called Problem Secretary and can be found in dafont.com and what I did for the dots was not a brush
if you use Photoshop CS2, after you select a size 2 round brush click F5 and then something should pop up and on the menu on the left click brush tip shape and on the botton there is a space thing put it on how ever much you want and draw..
