Animation Shop : Screen Cap Issuse.

I've been trying to take millions of screen caps all day to make new icons. I've been taking them of music videos and have opened them on Microsoft Movie Maker, and taking the caps from there. Its seems like the caps aren't taking fast enought and i was wondering if there was a way to speed up the picture taking.
