Quick Question

I've been making icons for a few months now, but everytime I get up to a step from a tutorial for Adobe Photoshop, I always get stuck when they say to set the layer to Color Burn or Linear Burn and just skip it.

Can someone please tell me what the equivalents to Color Burn and Linear Burn are in Paint Shop Pro 8? Or is it just a fancy way of saying Burn?
