1.Crop and resize your pic to 90x53 and sharpen it once.Duplicate it twice and set the first copy to Screen and the second to Soft Light(unless your pic is very dark you`ll probably also have to lower the opacity,I set both layers to 42%).Merge your layers

2.Duplicate your merged layer twice and again set the first copy to Screen and the second to Soft Light (I set the Screen Layer to 22% and the Soft Light layer to36%).Merge all layers and sharpen your image a bit with your sharpen tool.

3.Go to Adjust>Hue/Saturation/Lightness>Colorize
and set your hue to 31,your saturation to 62 and your lightness to 0.

4.Create a new raster layer,fill it with a red/orange gradient and set it to Hard Light at about 55% opacity.Copy your base,drag it on top of your gradient layer,desaturate it and set it to Soft Light at about 35%.Merge all layers.

5.Create new 100x100 base, and paste your merged pic on top of it.

6.Paste this texture by honerbright on top of it,flip it and set it to screen.

7.Create a new raster layer below your texture layer and apply this text brush.

8.Add a drop shadow to both your picture and your text layers.I used the following settings for the pic layer:

Vertical Offset:1
Horizontal Offset:2
Opacity:55
Blur:0

For the text layer I changed the Vertical Offset to 2.
