Hi, um...I'm brand new here, and I had just finished reading the wonderful tutorial on icon-making in IR.

I went by it, and everything was going smoothly, until I tried to save it. When saving, I was able to save it "As Optimized" as a jpg. file. However, when I posted it onto Photobucket, the image wouldn't animate.

Then my friend told me that to make an icon animate, you needed to save it as a gif. file. So, I converted to that, but it still wasn't working.

Can anyone help? Thanks a lot!!
