Icon tutorial!

Hi! Well, I was trying to get this effect of tannish skin, and I think I did something that can help you, so here it is:
1st. Crop your image:

2nd. Duplicate the layer twice, the first layer (going from the bottom) is your base, put the second one in screen mode to 30% moreless, or whatever works for you. The third one, desaturated and in Soft Light mode.

3rd. Create a new layer (Ctrl + Shift + N) and press Alt + Ctrl + Shift + E, you should get a layer with the 'result of the icon' until now, desaturate it and blend mode in Soft Light. We're not gonna use it now, but keep it.

4th. Fill a new layer with #C69B7C, and set to Multiply, (you can play with the opacity if necessary, I used 85%) then dragg it underneath the 'result' layer.

5th. Almost done! Now you may add brushes, or text, your heart's desire ;).

The layers, just if you wanna check:

Hope you like it ^^ !
