How to achieve the scanlines that feature in the backround of this icon



Open a new document at 3px x 3px and draw the following with a 1px pencil Black






Select the entire Area by pressing CTRL + A and go to edit> define pattern, chose a pattern name and save it




And there you go, you have it as a pattern :D
