A little help finding a tutorial please.

Bah, this is annoying me. I'm looking for the tutorial that showed you how to create falling snow, and for the life of me I cannot find the blasted thing. I've looked through the various communities I'm a part of and thought I'd saved it to memories but I can't, I think LJ ate it.

So, would anyone mind linking me to this tutorial? I'd like to get it saved. I'd appreciate any help. Thank you.
