1. Resize your image so it is 100x100.
2. Take this template I made, and set it to SCREEN (100%).
3. Take the light texture, desatuarate it, and put it to SCREEN (100%), moving it around a bit so it get the look you want out of it (I just flipped mine horizontally). Light texture can be found here)
4. Now, go back to the base and copy and base it into another “window.”
5. Add #03314B and set it to EXCLUSION (100%)
6. Copy the base, set it on the exclusion layer, desatuarate it, and set it to SOFT LIGHT (100%).
7. Flatten the image and sharpen it once.

9. Now take it and place it back into the “window” where the template and light texture is, and move it around until it looks nice.
10. Add some tiny text and use your pen tool to make a cute little swirl that goes down the side of the light texture, and viola!
I'd love it if you all joined one/all of these communities and tried out some tutorials :)
