i don't really know if this is icon-related [delete if it is not], but i'm having an issue with photoshop..
every time i use the gradient map [image>>adjustments>>gradient map]
it locks up and doesn't let me click on anything except the eyedropper tool.
and since i prefer using the gradient map over just flat-out desaturating an image, this is a major problem for me.

is this just something with my computer or is it something obvious that i'm too stupid to realize?
