I didn't pay much attention to the base, as i wanted to teach you how to make animated snow.

I took such a pfoto of Shannen Doherty: . Dupblicated the base and set Blending Option to Soft Light. The result:

Than i created a new layer and used this brush in diferrent places, cause the brush is little.

I repeated previous step three times more.

And also i created a little white border on the very top new layer.

Than jump to Image ready and connect every layer of the snow with each frane of our animation. I won't tell detaily how to create animation. Hope you know.
And set the delay between each frame 0,15 second. That's all. Hope it is usefull.
