I've already looked through the memories (fancy that!) heh and couldn't find the help I needed. I'm sure this is a pretty simple effect but I cannot for the life of me figure out how to do it!

I was wondering how you'd go about doing the border using ps? (the border within the border) And a way to make the border semi-transparent as well?
