my first tut!
Go from 
to 
(done in PSP9)
1. Duplicate base, set at 50% opacity and set layer on screen. Sharpen once
2. Make a new layer and fill with #f515a9 and set at 25% and set layer on lighten.
3. New layer flooded with #160dd3 and set at 60% opacity and set layer to saturation.
4. Add
as a new layer, and set at 40% opacity and set layer to soft light. 
5. I added a new layer with a text brush to the left side where there was open space and voila
PLEASE NOTE--I've had the texture and brush on my computer for months from an old psp group, and we did not have to credit the creators, therefore I don't know who made them.
Please give this a try and please comment what you think of it!
