How to turn this: Image hosted by Photobucket.com

into this! Image hosted by Photobucket.com

I took this image :: and cut out the part I needed. In this case, Sarah's face. Copy and paste on a new window. Then flatten the layers. Once that's done, duplicate the backround layer and switch the duplicate to 'Hard light.' Once this is done, go to filters and use a guassian blur to your satisfaction. Flatten the layer again, and you have your final base.

I ended up with this.

Then I created a new image the same size as my original. I painted it with 584241, but any color will do. Then select all and paste it on your original pic. Switch the layer to color, and flatten the layer. I ended up with this.

After that, paste this filter Image hosted by Photobucket.com
on your image. Switch its layer to 'Hard light,' and erase the part covering Sarah's, or your own base choice's face or any part you deem should be in full view. Switch the opacity to 31%, as well. Then paste the same filter on again, and change this one's layer to 'color.'

You should end up with something like this.

Then paste this filter Image hosted by Photobucket.com over you picture. Switch it to 'lighten.'

Insert your chosen text. The font is "Ariel Black." Switch its opacity to 74%. Color and size is optional. Customize those as you see fit.Space it and put it near the bottom, like this. Then drag the layer underneath every layer but your first.

You can leave the text at that, or you can add more text underneath it, as I did.

Whether or not you did you added the extra text, paste this filter on top of your image.

Switch the layer to 'Multiply,' and the opacity to 60%. You should end up with something like this.

After that's done, paste this filter Image hosted by Photobucket.com and switch it to 'Hard light,' then 28% opacity.

Flatten all your layers, and you're done. Mine ended up like this. Image hosted by Photobucket.com
